When I config'd on 6/27, for the LR PUP, I could pick any ext color incl the new obsidian and either wheel. Opted to pay $500 extra for white... wished they didn't jack up the multicoat paint price.

Same experience here, May-July estimate window but Sept-Nov Delivery after ordering. Also in SF Bay Area. However, I only have the option for home delivery -- I had to enter my home address for that. I'd rather pick it up at the Fremont factory as I'm just a 15 min drive away.

Ah glad to hear your experience. I'm also coming from a Lexus that served me well for >100k miles. Loved the Lexus reliability. A bit hesitant about the long term reliability of Teslas, but took the leap and just ordered. Hope my experience is as good as yours.

May-July here. Bay Area location (actually 10 minutes drive from the factory). Made online reservation around 11am on 4/1/16. No invite yet. Don't really mind waiting a bit more, just want to get a FP config before the full tax credit runs out.
