Sorry just realized you are trying to share the car between Tesla accounts, rather than having both phones logged into the same account as my wife and I do. Apparently you can get that set up via customer service.- sarice1

Had a SR+ for 7 days, returned it!
I've had model 3 awd since September, no issues. Returned to car after Endgame to this black screen. Fiddled around without luck, finally did the two-scroll-wheel reboot and that helped. I expect it is a recent software glitch, I'm on 8.5. Maybe related to the Elon tweet about adjusting the... -

Observed public perception of the Model 3 being the inferior budget model coming from 2 Tesla family
I wouldn't be concerned about Tesla's ability to maintain an excellent image for Model 3. Just look at their recent quarterly video. They have the skills. Demand is not going to dry up.
