I’d say if you can get by a few weeks, to sell it now. Used car market is crazy. I just sold our Chevy Traverse for $8500 above the payoff!! Now we’re waiting on the Y and just getting by with one car at the moment. Also I save $382 by not having to pay the registration that’s due on 7/2.

EDD switched to September a couple of days ago, after being the end of June for the last several days...and staying at September. So frustrating. Already turned in my lease. Anyone knows how to find out who my SA is? I ordered online...initially got some communication with the guy who helped me...

Looking at the trend if people receiving VINs last few days. - Mostly VINs are from Nor Cal - So Cal VINs are almost all MYPs. And I’m not into either categories. Just the member of 6/25-6/30 club lol.

Yeah same for me picking up in Buena Park…EDD moves away by a day every day. Only positive thing is that it’s remaining 6/30 at the far end so might be a chance that they dump a whole lot of MYs in so cal in the last week.

I’m picking up at Buena Park too. Ordered 5/12 white/white, 19, tow, 7 seats. EDD were 6/21-6/30 for a while now showing 6/15-6/30.

Hey just curious were you leasing the car that you sold? I got a decent offer from Carvana above my payoff amount for the lease which is up next month. So I was wondering how Carvana would handle that? Would they payoff the lease and remit the balance to me?

2018 Chevy Traverse. Lease ending next month. Just put the deposit down on 5/12 so not very hopeful that I’ll get the MY I’m time by lease end. Will probably have to extend the lease if I don’t get it by end of June. But checked the trade in value at Carmax, Vroom end Carvana and got some decent...

I don’t think that will be considered as cash since you’re going through a credit union. Also cash vs financing doesn’t really matter determining when you get your car. To me it’s seems like the important factors are: - Order date - Configuration - Location - Reservation date

Actually the VINs do not correlate with the build date. My 36xxx VIN is a July 2018 build!

Sorry to hear about your experience. I took delivery in Costa Mesa on Friday. Pretty seamless process. Found a couple of things that they will take care of at the service center. No major scratches or paint issues. The drive is something else!!! Im pretty sure your next car will be flawless...

Just picked up at Costa Mesa. Great staff there. Everything went pretty smoothly. I was not financing but had my MVPA and payment portal on my Tesla account the night before. They were running a bit behind but still got us in and out in pretty good time. I had ample time to inspect and go over...

Call the sales (888-518-3752) or customer service (877-798-3752). It will be a long wait so put your headphones on and go about your day as normal until somebody picks up. They WILL pick up and once you get through to somebody they are super helpful and will help you to make your desired change...

@forkee and @Promo714 Picking up mine at Costa Mesa tomorrow. How long do they allow you to inspect the car for? Do you inspect before or after you make the payment? Did you guys find any issues that need to be addressed?

Scheduled for deliver at Costa Mesa tomorrow. No contract or online payment option yet. Called the delivery center and they advised to just get a cashiers check (I’m paying cash) and to show up for the delivery appointment or pay via ACH at the time of delivery. Car is at the delivery center so...

@doreamon28 Great news..congrats! I doubt the VIN correlates to the build date. Just got off the phone with a Tesla rep. My VIN is 36xxx. Asked them about the build date and I was told that it is 7/20/18, just a day before I got tha email from my ISA!

Which center did you take delivery at? Costa Mesa or Marina Del Ray?

Same situation here.. got a VIN and delivery date (7/27) but no MVPA or contract yet on my Tesla account. I’m paying cash so just plan to take a cashiers check for the amount due stated on my account and hope they take care of the rest there...

I had the same message since I confirmed and changed the details on the registrants. Saturday morning I received an email from the delivery advisor that I had VIN and a delivery date. My online account still says somebody will reach out to me regarding the changes. It does show the VIN and...

Exactly what I thought....mine is 36xxx... so probably kind of middle of the pack I’m assuming... As long as there are no major issues i’d be ok. Even people from the early days/VINs are ecstatic about their cars. Fingers crossed!

I made a couple of changes in the registrant details as I wanted to take my wife’s name out as she might not be present at delivery. It says “ A specialist will reach out to you about your questions” Btw does anybody still have the famous EDIT button or is it gone?? (Mine is gone)

So I chose to place both myself and my wife on the title and registration of my M3, when I entered the details at the time of ordering. Does that mean both of us need to be present at the time of taking delivery? Or can I just go myself if my wife is not available? Anybody has any experience...

Have to take back my words I guess. Saw a black with sport wheels this morning on my way to work and it looked great!! Probably obsidian Black. (It had a big scratch on the rear fender that was pretty obvious) Also saw a silver yesterday...couldn’t even recognize it was a Model 3 :(
