    I want an Electric car because I want to stop burning fossil fuels and do my part to reduce Carbon dioxide emissions. I want a Tesla because I think they make better electric cars than any others available to me right now. I want a Model 3 because its the only Tesla I can afford! So I wait....

    I never said there would be no RHD Model 3, only that the MR battery will never make it into a RHD version. I also wouldnt be surprised if the SR Model 3 is not available in NZ for a long time or ever, since Tesla is luxury brand here (by pricing)

    IN New Zealand the situation is reversed; there are very few Tesla Superchargers, (6 sites open for the whole country, 4 more "coming soon") and lots of combo CCS/CHAdeMO 50kW DC fast chargers - some of which are free. So far about 90% of EV's in NZ are used Nissan Leaf's imported from Japan, so...
