Hopefully you guys get good news soon. I think the AWD models are lagging a bit behind the P models for now, and it seems Tesla may be trying to push the Performance cars to the front of the line for the next month, but even so, you can't be far off now.

Just confirmed I have a VIN. Haven't been contacted by an ISA/DSA yet, but someone at Tesla confirmed I have a VIN and should be hearing from them in the next 3-5 days.

Can anyone confirm whether or not their backdoor edit link still works? Mine seems to no longer work, which is good news so long as it hasn't happened to everyone.

For what it’s worth, I added FSD to my build using the backdoor edit link yesterday. Got immediate confirmation, MVPA was immediately updated, delivery estimate didn’t change. No change fees or anything, just the extra $3,000 for FSD

That’s almost certainly a RWD order. Either that or I’m about to get real butthurt.

Is this not something of an anomaly? Seemed to me like they were still working through early reservation holders on the P3D+

@kemble54 mind sharing your delivery experience today? Obviously people are experiencing a broad spectrum of things when they go to pick up their cars so I'm wondering how the Decatur store is doing. Also, any sense of how many cars were there? Did you see any performance models?

Both EAP and FSD are software unlocks, the car comes with all the hardware necessary for both (at least as of now, Hardware 3.0 changes things in the near future). The FSD costs $2,000 more (most likely) as an attempt to get people to buy the software upfront, even though there's no tangible...

For what it's worth, I don't think they're making that build yet. It seems like (at least as far as performance 3's go), they're making the 20" wheel/white interior and 18" wheel/black interior only.

Oh interesting, I'm in the Atlanta area, and Decatur is where my Performance Model 3 will be delivered whenever it's ready. Somewhat disappointing that no P/AWD cars have made it out here thus far, but at least it seems like a lot of cars are making their way out to the east coast.
