    That is terrible...this is a defective item. There is NO UV protection in that rubber seal. Tesla will eventually have to recall this for repairs.

    Thanks RTPEV...it was not a graceful shutdown. Just seemed very abrupt and discourteous to anyone charging. Had I been away from my car, thinking it was charging and come back to find it not charged, I would have been upset.

    Calling all MX 75D Owners lets y’all battery degradation

    I have a MX June 2018 that only charges to 209 miles at 100%. I have 70K miles on the vehicle now and 22" Tesla wheels. Brand new it used to give me 230 miles at 100%. I was wondering if there is a way to reset this to try and recoup the full charging capability.

    I upgraded to the latest version on my Model X (Version 2019.32.11 bac8c51) and have received this error twice since then. I reformatted my thumb drive last night thinking that was the problem, but got the error message again this morning.
