I think it's less likely that this is an intermittent issues and more likely that the sequence of opening and closing the doors has the vehicle somewhat confused of if you're coming or going due to the lack of sensor input.

I'm pretty sure the wire was Phase A, Phase B, and Neutral (maybe with ground being repurposed as one of the phases?) I'm not 100% certain about anything.

Mistake, I had a 10-30 elsewhere in the house and saw that it was supported by Tesla so I figured I'd swap things around. I should've done more research.

May be worth your while to try Tesla support as well just to be sure.

Can't seem to find any proper ones on ebay or amazon but someone just pointed me to evseadapters which has them available at a slightly steeper price. Just don't buy them all out, I still need to get one.

I've contacted Tesla support and they said it's been discontinued. I just paid $600 to have the outlet installed and now don't know what I'm going to do.
