I'm not sure what that means, there's an adjustment you can make to bring the glass out or in tighter against the seal. Even if you change things, they still need to make the adjustment. If you can press against it, and it seals correctly, it implies to me that further adjustment can be made.

Well, it's hard to tell just from some images, but it looks like your frameless glass is misaligned. If a glass shop can't adjust it, I'd look at youtube vids on doing it yourself.
