thanks for the advise!!...was able to reboot and the car works great now. unfortunately, i tried the soft reboot with the charge door port before the vms and now the door broke. i heard something snap off...think the spring behind it fell and now the door does not stay open. oh...

hi everyone! I own a 2008 roadster and broke the charging cable. when I called tesla to purchase a replacement, they said they do not sell them anymore and I would have to look for an aftermarket product. does anyone know where I can buy a charging cable for a 2008 roadster? thanks! peter
