According to teslafi about 3.5% of cars are on 36.2. To me that small of a number means everyone should have been offered the v9 update by now. If you haven't I would call. I have not, I've called, I still don't have it.

Still on 36.2. Car was delivered with 34.1, when I could see on teslafi only a few percent were still on 34.1 I called and a few days later 36.2 pushed. I called last week when less than 10% were on 36.2 and I was told they'd add me to a help ticket with other people whose cars aren't getting...

Mobile service tech coming next week for mine (last week of October), they called last week to schedule(mid October). So the earliest availability was almost 2 weeks out. Will report back with results.
