Where are you located? I just got paint correction + full front PPF (Suntek Ultra) + 2 year ceramic coating + ceramic tint on all windows for about $2200 in Maryland. Seems like a good price and they did great work.

I never even spoke to mine a single time. I called in to the normal 800 number and the guy I talked to did most of what the Delivery Specialist was supposed to do. Then the rest of it I did over the phone with someone at the SC. Took delivery the day after.

Got mine. Mats are sexy as hell. Now I just need to wait for my car to get back from paint correction/ppf/ceramic/tint :D

Damn, Owings Mills called me and asked me if I wanted to get it sooner. Picking up at 3pm tomorrow. So far I've been happy with the customer service, we'll see how the pickup goes tomorrow :)

I got mine in 24 hours, using the refund to debit card option.

I disagree. One of the things that new startups tend to do when they disrupt industries is provide customer service on a better and more personal level than the 'giants' that they are unseating. Most of the companies I can point to that have amazing customer service are young and disrupted old...

Sorry, someone orders a $50k+ product from you and you go over a month without even reaching out to say 'Thanks for ordering' that's a massive mistake. It's super easy to fix too and it doesn't help their reputation. I get better customer service from every single other company I regularly deal...

100% They approved me, but they told me to wait until I have a delivery date to "finalize" the loan. So I applied on October 30th and I have until Nov 29th to go back in and finalize it, at which point I'll have a check that is valid for 30 days. So technically 60 days if you go that way.
