Tesla's mileage estimate based on what percent charged battery
I've read that the battery should not be fully charged, or at least not on a normal basis...so...the question is...what percentage of battery charge is Tesla basing its' mileage on? If it is on a fully charged battery, it is obviously inaccurate. If it is based on less than a fully charged... -

S model center console with rear usb ports and cup holders
Tesla parts says the console is only available with the cup holders, not with usb ports also. Not understanding that since some late 2016 and newer have consoles have both, so the consoles are being made. Any one know how to get one with both? The Tesla parts web sit shows it with cup holders...
