For those who did delivery status home, do they give a heads up call before arrival? Tesla gave me 2-4pm delivery window on Wednesday, but I don't wanna leave work early if Tesla is gonna deliver by 3:45pm. How long before the delivery do they call?

Do you apply the film yourself or have a car body shop do it?

I want to protect the car's exterior from scratches and I was looking at products to by and apply on the exterior. What's your recommendation? Thanks

May I ask, how soon did you go to your service center for pickup? My delivery is for the 12th. If I go on the weekend will they have it?

I'm in the exact same boat however I texted my DA that I will be using 3rd party financing and he updated my account page. I also asked him if I can move my delivery timing to 6pm because I'll be at work at 12 :(

I have a question - they're doing home delivery when Westmont delivery center is 20 miles from me. For those who took home delivery, can you still inspect? How long did the process take? Anything to keep an eye on?

Nope. Someone said that Chicago gets freight deliveries. All of us will probably get notified at the same time when the Chicago batch is ready.

Is 4% APR on 72 month loan kinda pricey? That's what Tesla is offering.

Ok I see a small update. Now on the Tesla Account page for my car, it says "You have chosen a loan arranged through Tesla. Click 'Next' to fill out a credit application." For folks who switched out to a 3rd party financing, did you fill out the credit application and then switched during time...

Can someone with twitter tweet to the guys at Elektrek and Jalopnik to find out what's going on with the White Interior MR builds? I'm going to email them.

White Interior MR ordered online on 10/18. Not a single peep from Tesla. To say I'm worried is the understatement of the year :) I visited Westmont couple of times and they seemed fairly confident that I have nothing to worry about.

I feel your frustration. I'm in the same boat. But I've seen some Black Interiors who have not got confirmation either and are in the same boat as us. It's all very slapdash. Let's give them first week of December. Everyone's been saying we should see something very soon.

You hit the nail on the head and exactly why I'm concerned. But even today if you configured a MR White Interior you get EoY delivery. Tesla is saying they will get it done so we're gonna just have to trust them. Waiting game sucks.

I'm going by what Sales Advisor said to me. We should see our accounts update in next two weeks. If we don't hear anything by say Dec 10, that's when I'll push the Panic button :)

When are we generally expecting white interior builds to start production? It seems a little strange that they're not focusing on something that is more expensive for the customer (and more profitable for the company).

Hello Tesla gang! This is my very first post. I'm sorta beginning to get worried as well regarding my MR. Ordered on 10/19. I keep checking the account, but the edit button is still there, no VIN assigned, no contact by specialist. Really hoping that things pick up next week.
