Spoke to USAA today and they said since Safelite will take so long I can go through Sunroof express. Called Sun roof express and they said only Telsa is allowed o repair Tesla cars. Now I gotta fight with USAA again.

My insurance USAA said I need to go through Safelite to get it replaced. I called Safe lite and they said Tesla roofs are hard to get, it would take them 48 weeks to get the roof piece, not 4-8 weeks they said 48 weeks.

Tesla wouldn't cover it when my car was less than 6 months old. So I paid once and now every 6 months or so I do it myself. The O'Reilly in Mililani usually has it in stock.

I usually charge at 40 KW using the HECO fast chargers

For the first year I owned my Tesla I didn't have the ability to charge my car at home or work.. I made due using the public charging stations around the island, but would of loved a supercharger.

If you are going to use a Fast Charger please unplug your car when it is done charging. This car has been plugged in for over 100 minutes and is fully charged.

I forgot to tell my brother I shipped it to his house. He called and asked if I bought him Tesla Tequila for Xmas

I had it shipped to my brother in Texas and he put it in a flat rate box and mailed it to me. I'm not a fan of hard alcohol so it will probably just be a decoration for now. Maybe if there is a Tesla meet up I'll bring the bottle for people to try.

I would believe them that HECO is the bottle neck. Tesla said the something with getting my solar turned on but it turned out Tesla never submitted the paperwork.

Update. The solar is working but now the Powerwall isn't responding and the technical support for the powerwall is off until Monday.

Once I called Tesla and asked why it hasn't been installed even though it was delivered over a month ago, they scheduled the replacement for Friday.

Both my direct neighbors had electricity last night thanks to their solar systems from Kumukit. The annoying part is their systems were installed after mine and are already working.

You know one main reason behind me getting solar and batteries was to still have electricity during power outages. Well thanks to Tesla's terrible service I'm sitting here in the pitch black while my solar system does nothing.

Tesla says the reason my inverter hasn't been replaced is because it has not been delivered to Hawaii. Solaredge gave me the tracking number that shows it was delivered over a month ago.

Called Tesla yesterday to check on the status of my new inverter, turns out they haven't even filled a RMA with the manufacturer yet.

After 4 hours of the tech working hard he was unable to fix the issue. Tesla is ordering a new inverter to replace the broken one.

The tech is currently on hold with Solaredge support. Hopefully they can fix this today.

Hour into troubleshooting and it's still broken

The green light is solid whenever the sun is up. Tesla is coming out tomorrow at 8am to look at it. If they can't fix it I'll take you up on your offer to look at it. I should of pay extra and went with a professional solar company.

Currently on the phone with Tesla, apparently my inverter is broken and needs to be replaced.

Just received an email from Tesla that I have PTO and it is okay to turn on my system. I just turned the system off and back on to see if the app would recognize the change with no luck. The app still doesn't show solar production.

Tesla said that showing solar production in the app before getting official PTO is illegal, so they have it disabled. They said my system is producing power and charging the battery. Which can't be true because I connected to the gateway VIA wifi and I can see my battery is at 5% charge and...

It did show solar production when they installed the panels, but Tesla said the feature was disabled until I get PTO. It sounds like that was a lie
