I got my follow-up email stating they are sending a check and I will receive it within 8 weeks. Also, it would be nice if we could keep this thread strictly about receiving the refund vs. debating it. That has already been beaten to death in other threads.

I finally got the canned email today to provide a valid mailing address for the check to be sent to.

Hi all, new here. How are you all going about requesting the refund? I have tried twice now in the past month using the support form after logging into my Tesla account on their website. I haven't heard anything back as of yet. Are you emailing support directly or calling?
