I am thinking about the same chains for my MY. Sizing should fit per the Koenig fit guide. Amazon has some shipped from the UK in the low/mid $400s while etrailer and another site have them for mid $500s.

Yeah the creaking is terribly annoying. I would say in preparation for the fix you could try to determine which spring or springs is rubbing. For me it was only the front left.

This exact same problem happened with my MPP coilovers. Jesse from MPP suspected what it was immediately and gave me the same advice to fix. Just got it fixed this week by East Bay Collision in Fremont...

Yeah I was initially a bit shocked at how low it was. Yes I believe the initial setup was at the MPP suggested height.
