What is this range you speak of? :) Tis fine round town if you have L2 at home, and I can put on easily 50+ miles in a day and go from 80% to 50% just tooling back and forth. As an over thinker myself, it's a nothing burger.

My only advice, be conscious / mindful if you're ticked off. That's the only time I feel myself losing control of the speed and doing double the posted speed limit, albeit for short distances, mainly to get away from whatever road rage inducing idiot I ran into.

Come to find out I really think it's the rear view mirror that is causing me to lose my poop. If things start to rattle, I'll grab the mirror and gently pull it towards me to put some pressure on it it's ball/cup housing and the rattle goes away. Just food for thought.

Chrome is some nasty ass *sugar* for the environment. Hence why you don't see it at all on any new car manufacturers anymore. Best bet is to look for some machined wheels to give the sameish look.
