Model 3 Tires, Tire Sizes, Types, make / model recommendations, tire discussions, etc

I have just put a set of Nokian One tires on our 2018 M3 LR. The OEM Michelin averaged 250 watts per mile over their life of 60k miles. I have 956 miles on this set with an average of 256 Wh/mi. I expect them to only improve from here as the new tire syndrome wears off. They feel very smooth...

Right front AP camera fails in heavy rain while on freeways

I was wondering if adding something the shape of a finger nail sitting on the top pointing towards the rear would be just enough to prevent the water from dripping down and sitting on the lens. The video from ShawnA is exactly what my Model 3 LR is like. I'm really getting tired of the warnings...

Dual Motor v RWD in PNW

AWD got me between Kent and Shelton on the days other cars were not out driving. Driving into unplowed parking lots went better than expected. Picked the car up on December 30 so it was being used during the entire snow event. I am quite pleased with the car, except for the tire road noise...

    Geeking out

Pretty much the same situation for Me as well. I moved from a Honda Accord 6V to a 2011 Nissan Leaf and then another Leaf in 2014. My M3LR is fun to drive. And I can use the heat whereas I couldn't in the LEAFs . I'm a happy camper.

Is there a Tesla managed website to make software change suggestions?

I'd like to have the kwh used changed to show one decimal place, instead of whole numbers. I can do the math but it would be more helpful to have the actual usage displayed (to nearest single decimal). I'd like to have a sliding bar on the wiper window to allow ME to set the swipe frequency...

Don't leave unless it shows 6% or more arrival

Hi Everyone. I come from my experience with two Nissan LEAFs. I was the first LEAF driver to 100,000 miles and the second (by a week) to 150,000 behind a taxi in the UK. I am so thrilled to have the Tesla range calculator. It is much more sophisticated. Taking into account changes in...

    Sudden deceleration

I experienced a similar event during my 30 day AP trial. In my case, it seemed linked to roadwork that was completed some time ago unbeknownst to the GPS (exit 136 on North I-5 in Washington State). The AP wanted me to exit, make a right, then a U-turn and then another loop under the freeway...

    Unable to Display Surrounding Vehicles

I do not have autopilot on my M3 and the surrounding vehicles show on the screen. They shift around a bit and the images seem to jump into my lane on the screen as they pass me on the left side. They are actually beside me when the screen indicates they are still behind the rear end of my car...

Windshield wipers are horrible, and arguably dangerous

I would like the ability to adjust the swipe delay interval while wipers are engaged (not necessarily using auto wiper feature). The 3 options just don't work well for Northwest mist so I am regularly manually pushing the wiper button because the slowest interval is too frequent. A sliding...

OMG - Wake Times from app are SOOOOHHHOOO SLOW.

A couple things for me that make me grumble out loud - waiting for the unlock to work on the charge door as I stand there in the rain when I walk up to the car (usually shows last updated hours ago). Or a related situation is the length of time from pressing open charge door on the dash to...
