Hey, So I didn't use your exact solution but here is what I did do which I think should be the same but did not work: XM Line out aux --> Apple Aux to lightning adapter --> Microsoft App on the iPhone. All I got was static :-(

There is an AUX to Bluetooth adapter called Unity. I haven't tried it for music yet but it did pair to my S successfully

Yeah, IIRC it became standard as of August last year. I got my car in April. If I had known I would have waited :-(. I called Tesla and obv they refuse to do anything for me.

Did you specifically ask for it when you ordered your car? I never even saw the option otherwise I would have myself.

According to tesla all model S' after mid 2018 should have it. I missed the mark by like 3 months which is what really pisses me off.

IIRC Tesla disables the codecs for both audio and video in their browser. What really drives me nuts is that Tesla can solve all of this by just introducing their own Sirius app that runs over the car's LTE

You mean via cellular or XM receiver?

Hi, well its not so much of an impossibility as it is ridiculous. I mean I already have an LTE connection in my car and another in my work phone. i need to have a third just for Sirius? That would make Sirius alone cost more than my at home bradband connection.

I forgot to mention, I even researched XM antennas for iPhone. Apparently there used to be one called Skydock but it was discontinued with no apparent replacement.
