Thanks for Mansplaining about the need to read the Owners Manual. I have, in fact, read the entire manual cover-to-cover one year ago when I bought my Tesla. I didn't recall seeing those dots before, so I did a couple of searches and came up empty. Upon your gentle nudging, I will take it to bed...

I just noticed that my screen displays . . . . . . . on the same line that shows regenerative braking and that the number of dots varies, but I haven't determined a cause. I cannot find anything in the documentation explaining what it's showing me. Anyone know? Thanks!

I had the same problem but didn't examine the screws. Just assumed they were the wrong screws.

My commute is 7 miles, 4 days a week, so they're not on for a long time. I have no health issues. I just like things warm. The owner's manual says that the seat heaters use less battery than the fan, so I rely on them to keep toasty warm.

A I have them on all the way whenever I drive. This seems to be a problem with the seat heater, not the driver. (-;

Here are the marks that look like they are from the seat heater. I just took this in my dark garage using just the interior lights. It's more obvious in daylight. The lumbar area on the driver's seat. Note that I always have my seat heater turned on when I'm driving.

I've had my Model 3 for one month (love it!) and have less than 1000 miles on it. Today I noticed that there are black marks on the lumbar area of the white seats. It looks like seat heater wires. They appear to be burn marks. I've tried cleaning it with a damp cloth and a baby wipe, but to no...
