App iPhone climate heater

I tried the new feature on the updated app, but it seems the “turn off” button does not work..... I get this message all the time with either Iphone app or Ipad..... My X is parked, plugged and not charging, schedule charging starts at 05:30.... Am I alone here?

So the climate function on my Tesla app stopped working. The app turns the heater on, it runs for 10 seconds +/- then shuts off. If I am in the car and turn the heater on using the app the heater starts and runs normally without shutting down. Any ideas?
