software updates wi-fi

I've had my car since 2018 and the wifi has worked fine until now. It's currently on 2022.36.6, but for several weeks a software update has been available, but the app shows that I have to connect to Wi-fi to get it. I've tried everything I know of, and I just don't know why I can no longer get...

For several days my car has had the amber download mini-icon at the top of the main screen, which when touched goes to a status page indicating that 2020.24.6.11 is available and to connect to Wi-Fi. But it is and has been connected whenever it's in my garage, which is the majority of the time...
