What is the range difference between these and the 18"?
You will get a slight reduction in range (I've heard everything up to about 10% though I can't confirm this). I can't give you a number exactly as it's very subjective to your driving style and other factors. I will say that these come with the obvious tradeoff of performance and look over a slight range decrease.

I drove 76 miles with my friend in his performance behind me. I was on 18s he was on the 20s. 17% difference all highway. FWIW

17% sounds crazy. I didn’t notice anything that bad though I wasn’t tracking. This wheel and tire combo was not designed to be the highest range possible. The 18” ones were. There is a reason these are called performance wheels 😉
