Thanks for the offer, but $32,500 or better is what will buy the S. Schedules and financing seem to be the culprit as to why the car is still in the garage.
Has the drive unit ever been replaced? That's really my only concern here. I'm still searching for the right one but I'm in the market so figured I'd inquire.
@gearbox It was out of pocket. Unfortunately the repair wasn’t covered under the unlimited mile battery/drive unit warranty.
I have the old charger in my garage. I looked up lots of videos on how to possibly fix (usually it’s a fuse). It can go with the car if the new owner wants it.
Fly out and drive back! Tis the season for shenanigans like that. Driving a car back home is the best.
Thanks for your interest, first person to see this gem will take her home!
I'm interested as mentioned previously. Can you let me know if it's ever had a drive unit replaced? That's really my only concern, making the purchase, driving it home 2K miles, and boom, something happens.
Additionally, I requested that Tesla check the battery and drive unit for charge and noise when the charger was replaced. They stated that the battery and drive unit were both in average to better than average condition.
They couldn’t believe the car had as many miles as it does. Hope that helps!
