I had problems adjusting my 2014 S hood to fender level. The adjusting stops had no effect, still too high to the right fender. I took the hood undercover off and retested ; the level could be adjusted on the stops. I found the profile of the undercover didn't match the hood underside (see photos). After I ground this down, the fit was much better.
