2018 Model S - Cupholder and Door Trim White Stains - Permanent?

I bought a used 2018 Model S and it has two stains that I can't remove. The arm rest cupholder has a milky white stain that almost seems like a mold. The passenger door trim has what looks like drops of bleach...no clue. I've cleaned them both with mild detergents with no change in appearance. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

Try using hot steam for cleaning and then black plastics restore fluid to renew the colour. Obviously you need to clean the whole piece of plastic as the plastic restore will look fresher.

I know covering up isn't ideal, hopefully you can get them out but if not, you could at least cover up the cup holder one with a rubber insert. Many prefer them with it anyway.
