Haha. You can get a brand new P100D with FSD for $107,000. And get the half tax credit, and not have to deal with all the weird carbon fiber stuff. Maybe all the “blacked out” and carbon fiber stuff is worth $28k to someone. I think I would probably pay less though.

This is the best option other than keeping the car.
It’ll be difficult to find someone who will find these upgrades worth 20k. I’d say almost impossible.

And without the CF “upgrades” OP is still looking for 115k for a used P100D
Not even before the price drop was it going to be worth that much.

If I were to make an offer for this car, it would be for the car with the carbon fiber bits added removed. Some may like it but I personally find excess carbon fiber or blacked out trim to be tacky for a car as beautiful and elegant as the Model S.

Perhaps the OP is not aware of the recent Tesla price reductions... A used P100D is no longer worth more than about $90K, considering the recent price reductions.Some early AP1 CPO P100Ds are now approaching the early 80s.

I hope you sell your car at the price you want, but if not, you may want to consider what others are trying o tell you...

I’m sure the seller likes all that carbon stuff or he wouldn’t have put it on the car. I personally don’t think it’s horrible but I prefer a stock. He probably just doesn’t realize that unless he finds someone just like himself it is worth less than a stock P100D to most buyers and unfortunately a stock new one costs less than he is asking.

i like the carbon fiber over the cheap polycarbonate stuff that comes stock, however i like the poly price
