It was built over a year after that feature was transferrable so.... no. You'll want to look for cars made in 2016 (there's a few ordered the first few weeks of 2017 but that's not even worth talking about since they're so rarely available) and that have never been traded back in to Tesla if that's important to you. I would say to do some math though as it's typically not as valuable as most people think for the average user.
