hi everyone.. my girlfriend got a Model 3 Performance Blue/Black in August 2019.. Car has been taken care of and is in mint condition with just 3800 miles on the dial (she should be at 8K miles based on monthly usage)..

- all windows were tinted with ceramic film $750, front windshield and glass top has a clear film on it that reduces UV and heat
- the OEM wheels have been painted glossy black
- wireless charging pad installed
- all weather mats front and back ( the OEM carpets are also available)
- Car was ceramic coated in the first few months
- car is in a high rise garage in downtown Miami and never sleeps outside in the elements

never smoked in, no kids, no pets.

Smells BRAND NEW still... Car is mint inside and out.

These are the lease details:
Payment is $647.41 ($605.05 + $42.35 Miami, FL tax)
36 month lease
10K annual mileage
Residual on the car is $36,773
Lease ends August 2022
Mileage should be at 8K miles at this point but it hasnt been driven that much so she is only at 3800 miles.
There is over 26K miles left which is about 1k miles per month for the rest of the lease.

Not sure what other info is needed... At any rate, car is awesome but our situation has changed and we need to downsize and this is awesome opportunity for someone looking for this car at an amazing price.

Pic before the wheels were done.. i will post updated ones shortly

Hello hope all is well. I live in miami as well and if we did work out a deal it would be super easy as I am local. Wanted to know the buyout amount you mentioned, is that the buyout now or at the end of term? What would be buyout as if today rather than assuming lease? Thanks very much for your help and support.
