No, only builds after approx Sept 2019 have the speaker. In the update release notes, it won't mention the feature if the hardware isn't available.

I got a July Model Y and no boom box.

Yes, I know it's an individual thing but I prefer the old interface. Lots of jagged edges with the new larger car infographic, it seems less polished. I prefer the larger regen bar.. also I use voice command a lot and I don't even see it...

I’m having the same voice command issue also. Upgraded my X, and now my voice command button doesn’t work....even did a hard reset....no dice.
