FSD Beta v12 Installable on HW4?

My MY with HW4 has now received two FSD Beta v12 software updates. They have both downloaded 100% but neither has installed.

I'm thinking it's a mistake that the car has received the downloads (I see zero HW4 installs on TeslaFi) but I'm wondering if anyone has successfully installed FSD Beta v12 on a HW4 car?

After downloading the updates, the car will not go to sleep and it's uploading many GB of data each day.

Is there an email or something I can use to let the "Beta software deciders" know that the car is receiving updates that it can't install?

You might want to check this thread and post your question there if you don’t find the answer: Does anyone actually have FSD v12 yet?

Whatever problem you’re having could be unrelated to FSD v12.

Does it show in your car's release notes? If so, it may not be enabled, even if your previous version was. Check under Autopilot that FSD is enabled.

HELP!!!!. Friend has a 2017 MS75 and paid for FSD. Lots of hardware updates were done, but no one at Tesla has an answer to why new software will not download. He is stuck on 2022.8.10.17.35. Tesla has not been helpful over many months, so I thought I would ask the community for any help anyone might give. HELP!!!!
