2021.12.25.6 update and regenerative braking

Software updated yesterday (Model Y) and on first drive today I see that all braking options are "grayed-out" under driving options. Further, "Hold" is not in play, anymore and there is a slight whine noise when I do brake. I don't see any mention of braking changes in the most recent release notes, so I'm concerned.

Is it in park while you are looking at the settings?
