Hello, everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my 2022 MYLR.

Details:
- Located in San Francisco Bay Area
- Black exterior, white interior
- 20 inch induction rims
- Lease ends May 2025
- Payment to Tesla is $770.35/month
- Current mileage less than 8,000

Included accessories:

- trunk cover
- Jowua cup holder insert

Cash amount to transfer:
- $5,000 to cover the fee paid when I got the car (originally paid $7,000 but given its a year old I'm deducting deppreciation)
- A credit application fee of $150 plus applicable taxes.
- A lease transfer fee of $500 plus applicable taxes.

Am I missing something here? Why would someone pay 7000$ and takeover a lease when they can get a Y from Tesla at the same price, terms and within a week?
