A new car is ~ $45k after Fed tax credit. If I was thinking of buying your car, I would approach it the same way I would a Hertz rental, meaning high likelihood of abusive driving.
Thank you for your reply to $45 tax credit if you qualify. Fortunately, I don’t drive my car like a maniac and it’s not abused, but how can you prove it? I’m open to all offers.

you and myself if I were selling, are in a tough place
we lost our shirts on what we paid and how much they are selling for new and used right now
also for used from a dealer, some people can get a $4K tax credit
Am I missing something? Yes, Tesla will handle all the paperwork with the tax credit, but not everyone will still qualify, right? If you get audited later on, you're still screwed, right?
Also, with the $4K tax credit, doesn't the car have to be less than $25K?
