Since 2024.20.1 my Easy Entry doesn't work anymore and all addresses (Home, Work, favorites, history) got deleted. My car is a MS 2015 with MCU2. Anyone experiencing this as well?
All this is stored in your driver profile which must have become corrupt. Start a new driver profile and eventually delete the old one. Reset Easy Entry the way you want it.
Since 2024.20.1 on my 2018 MX, driver profiles no longer work at all to adjust seats, mirrors. Also several buttons on the UI (trunk, front trunk, close all) no longer work. I'll try the "make new profile" trick but this was an ugly set of regressions.

Looks similar. Just found out that the charge port cannot be opened from the display as well. See a remark from an MX owner somewhere above as well. This 2024.20.1 release is a nasty one. Not a full blown massacre, but frustratingly nasty.
One thing I've noticed is that the (Tesla account) Spotify keeps freezing mid-track when it wasn't happening before. After 20 seconds or so, if I press the Back button it starts playing from the point where the track stopped. Anyone else seeing this?
What @DerbyDave have suggested was to press on the charge door to open it manually (you need to have the key and the car needs to be unlocked. Similar as if you stop the chargint and to release the handle. See photo:
Since 2024.20.1 the app no longer controls the car unless it's paired as a phone key. This is a problem as I use a normal iPad in my home to control my car that I do not want to act as a key for it. This used to work properly forever basically until now. Why should I have to pair the device as a key to use the basic controls from my home if I have properly logged into my account as always? This is a huge regression. Tesla has really been messing a lot of basic functionality up recently especially with wifi and bluetooth compatibility among other things.

The latest releases include security changes. Probably closing a new security hole in the previously allowed authentication methods. On the other hand, could just be screwy Tesla programming without written specifications for the programmer to execute.
