21" Turbines (non staggered) Wheels and Tires

I recently had my referral Arachnids installed, so I'm selling my previous set up.

The good:
Everything is included--wheels, tires, caps, valve stems and, as far as I know, the TPMS
The tires have 13k on them (about 7/32 - 8/32 all around). I bought them about a year ago, they are the OEM Continentals (paid $1700 for them)

The bad:
3 out of the 4 have curb rash (shown in pics) and 1 has some flaking paint.
One of the tires has superficial damage (see pics). It functioned fine and had no issues with pressure

I'm located in Orange County, CA. Not interested in shipping these, but I can meet you anywhere is SoCal.
