3 weeks after Pick-Up: Cracked Rear Glass

In Michigan it is cold, so this morning was not different with 37-38 degrees. I started heating up the car with mobile app. 20 mins latter, I soon noted a crack from lower edge/trunk area and going up 18". ...... errrrr. Then I called Tesla but they are now not open on Saturdays even though the say they are open, so on Monday I will call.
The second scary part is I live in Michigan. I picked up the car in Cleveland OH and is the closest SC, but this is 320+ miles away. Do they replace by mobile service??

I heard that they give you a loaner car from somewhere around Detroit. They will pickup, repair, and deliver your car to you.
