Tesla claimed that an foreign object caused that windshield to shatter. They will not pay for it. Do you have any recommendations for me? Thanks in advance.

Woke up this morning to find my rear windshield spontaneously shattered!

Was there ice or anything on your windshield? Did you have defrost turned on?
If not, did you have sentry mode turned on?
If nothing else, your insurance should cover the glass repair, or at least a big portion of it.
I was parked indoor. I will probably have to go through insurance. Thanks you for the advice.
