80%,85%,90%, 93% ?

My Tesla Model Y was delivered on Sep 2022, I charge only once a week at work, and I like to charge as much percentage as possible when I charge.
Everyone tells me 80%, wondering what would be your setup if you only can charge once a week? Mostly I work remotely at home. Always search for your opinions...,
There is my new questions....
1. Should I change my percentage rates up and down?
2. What is best for my battery life in my situation where I only charge once a week if I like to have extra cushion to cover?
3. If you have to take a trip for two to three weeks, what is the best percentage to charge to leave your car parked for a long time?
