Advice on reaching the Atom MCU plug under the passenger dash?

I'm in the process of installing one of those CarPlay dash screens and I'm to the point where I need to plug it in to the MCU under the dash. I have a 2019 (Intel) version. I've got the bottom of the passenger dash panel removed (the one with the speaker and light), but even lying on my back with my head in the footwell, I just can't seem to get a hand up in there with enough leverage to undo that darn plug.

Does anybody have any advice or tips on how to get better access to that plug? I'll gladly take anything you've got. Thanks!

Well, I got it. I found a YouTube video that showed the installer using the end of a screwdriver to push the tab on the harness in and to lever it out of the MCU at the same time. That got me started. Then lots of swearing and I managed to get the new harness in. What a PITA!
