Anyone know 245/50 R18 will fit on our OEM 18” aero setup

“Pirelli Winter Sottozero 3 Run Flat 245/50R18 100H Tires” will work and fit on our OEM 18” Aero setup. They have it for sales for $400 including shipping on eBay. Trying to prepare for the winter and thank you for your help
