I’ve asked a friend of mine who got into Tesla this April what share price he would sell his Tesla stocks. Please note this is coming from a first time stock investor. “I won’t sell my shares unless Tesla have some real competition.” This got me interested in what price people would consider selling their shares. For me I refuse to sell unless it goes 30% or more above it’s maturity price 10 years from now. At roughly 20Tr valuation based on 20-30% capture of global energy, automotive, logistics, data, and home services markets 10 years out. Even then I wouldn’t sell unless there are competent competitors. Tesla dominates because they produce and develop all their products so well that it becomes illogical to go with a competitor. And I can’t find a reason why I would ever sell my Tesla shares after seeing Tesla’s future paths and goals.
