Best way to keep AC on indefinitely?

I'm in the chocolate business. Sometimes I'll have my model 3 filled with product and chocolate doesn't like temperatures much over 70 degrees. Once in a while I'll have a show to do and I'll bring product home overnight and then do show next day and don't want to have to lug a lot of heavy boxes in and out of the house overnight to prevent melting risks.

The car will be plugged into the charger while this happens.

Whats the best 'mode' to keep the AC runnings at a set temperature 'indefinitely' and keep the doors locked. It looks like dog mode is the best, but I guess I'm stuck with the screen on all night? It will be parked in my driveway.

The “Keep” setting will keep the a/c running with the screen off and doors locked.

Camp mode. The screen will turn off in camp mode.

I have used camp mode while camping. Set the temperature you want, it'll keep running and keep set temperature while you sleep. The screen will turn off as to not blind you.
