Brand New Model X Turbine 22" Black or Silver

I have a set of 22" Turbine wheels that I won from the referral program and am given the option of either Silver or Black and my preference of location for installation. It's unclear if the installation is transferrable, but since I live in Sacramento, I would like to sell to somebody in Sacramento/SF Bay Area to make the transaction easier. If there's no interest local, I'd be open to shipping the wheels/tires.

This sale includes:

*All four brand new (4) 22" Turbine wheels (your choice of silver or black)
*All four brand new (4) 22" performance tires (unclear what brand, but I'm assuming one of the common suppliers)
*TPMS I'm pretty certain is included based on other recipients of this award, but will confirm.
*Possibly installation if this somehow is transferrable at a Tesla SC, but will also have to confirm.

The tires retails for $6800 on the Tesla Website. My asking price is $4200.
