I was rear ended and scheduled service at a collision center. They are busy, so the appointment was more than a month out.
In the mean time, my 12V battery died. It was not possible to schedule service to fix the battery because the option to schedule service was not available due to the existing appointment.
I ended up driving to a service center and buying a battery and installing it myself.
