Buying a Model S p85+ from a private party

Hey guys, I am in the process of buying a 2014 Model S p85+ from a private party with 77,000 miles on it. What kind of questions should i be asking the seller to make sure i know the most about this car that i can possibly know? The seller is willing to take $33k for it and I believe that is a great price, even without AP. Thoughts? Advise? Thanks in advance.

Is it local, can you check it out? Can you get a pre-purchase-inspection? I would advise against buying a Tesla sight-unseen. What does the CARFAX say?

Yes it is local, I havent pulled the carfax yet but i plan to before buying it.
