@PCMc thanks for the reply. Due to the COVID there is no chance for me the view the car prior the auction. I will give Tesla a call on Monday ( the late picture I attached showing LTE function alive so the car should be start to connect to Tesla which hopefully they can give me more info regarding the battery info as well). I did some reading online some mentioned about long term damage on the battery if leave it not using for a long period of time. However Tesla do have a self protection system to prevent it to certain degree. And you reckon if this will cover under the warranty?
