Call screen popping up randomly, just after a drive started only from home

Whenever I pull out of my driveway after about five seconds, going either direction, the call screen pops up as if I was on a call. I see the hang up dial pad and mute buttons. The only way to turn it off is to activate Siri and then cancel that activation, it then goes away. Any idea what’s causing this?
