Can’t find the tow hole?

Hello,
my Tesla Model S 2016 facelift seems to have no tow hole?

I am checking the tow hole area in the:

house right front of the car:


by removing the tow hole area in the house right front of car:


however there is only a plastic round hole in front of a flat black piece of plastic:


rather than where the tow hole should be?

Any assistance please?

Okay, a Tesla Service Centre expert screwed the tow hook into the hole and it bites about 3 threads.
Hopefully this will be enough for a tow.
