Isn't that all the surface materials on the interior of the cabin that are below the air vents?

I believe these are part of the dash lower panels. They are offered in different colors to match the cabin color (Black/Cream/White). Some performance models may have contrasting stitching. If you go into the parts catalog, you should see a break-away diagram of the specific panels and the part numbers.
